IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO TORQUE DOWN THIS TOOL TO THE 120FTLB WE SET THE REAR HUB AT. JUST TIGHT (30FTLB IS ADEQUATE).

This tool is mounted on the layshaft and driven by the engine. It skims the shoes to be concentric to the layshaft. This makes the brake shoes apply evenly.
